Officers of the Central Government:- (i) holding analogous post on reguiar basis in the parent cadre or depadment; or (ii) with three years of regular service in Level-7 of the pay matrix; and (iii) possessing a Bachelo/s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and three years of experience in planning / construction / design / maintenance, in civil and Technical /

Officers of the Central Government:- (a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis or (ii) with five years of regular service in Level-12 of the pay matrix; and (b) possessing the following educational qualification and experience: –
(i) Bachelo/s degree from a recognized university; and (ii) ten years’ experience in finance/ budgeting/ accounts
